Misting System Selection Guide

High Pressure Misting System Solutions | Standard, Water Saving & High Output Systems | WULI Pump

High Pressure Misting System Solutions

WULI Pump specializes in high pressure misting system solutions for industrial, agricultural, and commercial applications, including cooling, humidification, dust suppression, and outdoor environment control.

Each system is designed to work with properly matched high pressure pumps, motors, and control configurations to ensure stable pressure output, fine atomization performance, and reliable long-term operation.

How to Select the Right Misting System

The Standard and Water Saving systems share the same piping configuration. The key difference lies in how the system handles water and pressure after shutdown. The selection should be based on operating patterns, especially whether the system is frequently started and stopped or runs continuously.

  • Standard System – Designed for continuous operation. After shutdown, residual pressure is released from the piping to prevent unwanted nozzle dripping caused by pressure buildup.
  • Water Saving System – Designed for frequent start-stop operation. After shutdown, water in the piping is returned to the water tank to reduce water waste and improve efficiency.
  • High Output System – Fully customized system designed for large-scale projects, with pump, motor, and control system selected according to site requirements.

Standard Misting System

Stable Continuous Operation Design

The Standard system is designed for stable and continuous operation environments. When the system stops, residual pressure inside the piping is released to prevent unwanted water discharge from nozzles caused by pressure retention.

This configuration is suitable for applications where the system runs for long periods with minimal start-stop cycles.

Key Features

  • No integrated water tank design
  • Simple and stable system structure
  • Suitable for continuous operation
  • Pressure release reduces nozzle dripping caused by residual pressure
  • Cost-efficient configuration

Typical Applications

  • Industrial cooling systems
  • Factory environmental control
  • Large indoor humidification
  • Fixed landscape misting systems

Water Saving Misting System

Start-Stop Water Recovery Design

The Water Saving system is designed for applications with frequent start-stop cycles. After shutdown, water remaining in the piping is returned to the water tank instead of being discharged, reducing water consumption.

This design improves water efficiency and reduces the need for frequent water replenishment in intermittent operation environments.

Key Features

  • Integrated water tank with return system
  • Reduces water waste during shutdown
  • Suitable for frequent start-stop operation
  • Improves overall water efficiency
  • Energy and resource saving design

Typical Applications

  • Greenhouses
  • Livestock cooling systems
  • Dust suppression systems
  • Intermittent industrial humidification

High Output Misting System

Custom Engineered Large Scale Solution

The High Output system is designed for large-scale and high-demand applications. Each system is engineered based on site conditions, including required flow rate, pressure, nozzle quantity, and operating environment.

Key Features

  • Fully customized system design
  • Supports high flow and large nozzle networks
  • Suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation
  • Can be integrated with automatic control systems

FAQ

What is the difference between Standard and Water Saving systems?

Both systems share the same piping layout. The difference is in shutdown handling.

The Standard system is designed for continuous operation and releases residual pressure after shutdown. The Water Saving system is designed for frequent start-stop operation and returns water to the tank to reduce waste.

When should I choose a Water Saving system?

It is recommended for applications with frequent operation cycles such as greenhouses, livestock farms, and intermittent dust control systems.

When is a Standard system more suitable?

It is suitable for applications that run continuously for long periods, such as industrial cooling or fixed environmental control systems.

What applications are suitable for High Output systems?

It is suitable for large-scale industrial or commercial projects requiring high flow rates and multiple nozzle lines.
