Selecting the optimal High Pressure Coolant system depends primarily on Workpiece Material Hardness and Tool Coolant Channel Cross-Section (Flow Requirement):

Step 1: Select Pressure Rating (70Bar vs 140Bar)

  • 70Bar Series (WB-2030M / 2040M): Recommended for carbon steel, aluminum alloys, cast iron, structural steel, medium-deep hole drilling, and standard VMC/HMC operations. Covers over 80% of standard precision applications.
  • 140Bar Series (WB-2230M / 2240M): Engineered for heat-resistant superalloys (Inconel, Titanium alloys, Stainless Steel), extreme aspect-ratio gundrilling, or high-speed turning demanding extreme jet-impact force for immediate chip breaking.

Step 2: Select Flow Capacity (34 L/min vs 41 L/min)
